Job Purpose:

The Senior Compliance & Data Analyst will join the Compliance team to oversee the compliance hotline program, monitor investigations, generate reports, and analyze case management processes to improve efficiency. This role supports sustainable business results and compliance initiatives.

Principal Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the case management process from report receipt to closure, ensuring adherence to procedures.
  2. Track and manage reports through various channels.
  3. Support data entry and documentation for investigations.
  4. Communicate with reporters while handling sensitive data.
  5. Monitor case progress, ensuring prompt remediation.
  6. Create routine and ad hoc reports on case metrics.
  7. Draft executive summaries for leadership and stakeholders.
  8. Analyze data to identify trends and enhance reporting.
  9. Work with hotline vendors and system updates.
  10. Support growth of the compliance program and related initiatives.
  11. Exercise discretion and safeguard confidential information.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA).
  • At least 5 years of experience in compliance or internal investigations.
  • Knowledge of the Seven Elements of an Effective Compliance Program.
  • Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $75,600 - $99,200, with potential adjustments based on location and experience.

Benefits commence on Day 1, including Employee Assistance Programs and development programs.
