Mirum Pharmaceuticals in Foster City, CA is seeking a Senior Manager, Compliance Operations & Analytics to lead the design and execution of our global healthcare compliance program. You will drive compliance analytics, open payments reporting, and AI-enabled process improvements across cross‑functional teams in Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Legal, Finance and IT.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of healthcare compliance, compliance operations, audit, analytics, or related experience within biotech/pharma.
Experience building scalable compliance operations.
Direct experience managing Sunshine Act/Open Payments and state reporting.
Experience developing compliance monitoring, analytics, and dashboards.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Finance, Legal, IT.

Responsibilities

Support development and continuous improvement of Mirum’s healthcare compliance program.
Design and operationalize policies, SOPs, controls compliant with healthcare laws.
Lead transparency reporting operations and data governance.
Design dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to identify compliance risks.
Evaluate AI-enabled tools and automate processes to improve efficiency.
