You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders, present complex datasets, and drive data-driven improvements in processes, analytics, and reporting. A strong background in interchange, data analytics, and BI tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Or 10+ years of professional experience in Computer Science, Finance, Pricing, Interchange, or Technology.
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as SQL, Python, and Big Query.
• Strong data analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Address out-of-compliance and fee assessment issues using interchange knowledge.
• Suggest data quality improvements across processes or systems.
• Monitor daily data activity for trends and compliance.
• Investigate data quality anomalies and violations.
• Explain regulatory topics to internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Prepare presentations of complex datasets for business impact.
• Review payment brand publications for impacts on data integrity.
• Maintain internal data integrity tables and dashboards.
• Run moderately complex ad hoc queries for special projects.
