Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in compliance, audit, legal, risk management, or related discipline.
• Experience designing, conducting, or facilitating compliance or enterprise risk assessments.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative risk assessment methodologies and scoring models.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk management principles.

• Lead and facilitate enterprise-wide compliance risk assessments across functions.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment methodologies and risk-ranking frameworks.
• Analyze compliance data and trends to identify emerging risks and remediation needs.
