A major insurance company is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to conduct branch office inspections and ensure compliance. As a Senior Compliance Analyst, Park Avenue Securities, and Park Avenue Investment Advisory, you will conduct branch office inspections using risk-based testing methodologies to ensure compliance with FINRA Rule 3110 and, in certain circumstances, various state insurance laws. The Lead Compliance Analyst is responsible for developing a risk-based plan for the branch office inspection, executing the plan, and delivering the results verbally and in writing to various partners.
An enthusiastic, self-motivated, high-energy individual who enjoys working in a team environment while executing responsibilities independently. Your ability to multi-task but prioritize allows you to deliver high-quality results in a timely fashion.
As our Compliance Analyst, you will report to the Compliance Leader.
Remote role with WFH flexibility. Travel to Guardian offices as needed when requested by the People Leader.
Travel: 50% for business purposes.
$67,450.00 - $110,815.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
