What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Read and summarize insurance laws, regulations, and other regulatory requirements for non-legal operational departments
- Present and explain new or revised laws and regulations that affect the business
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements to identify necessary insurer actions
- Collaborate with internal business owners and consult with Legal and Regulatory Affairs leaders
- Maintain documentation and make recommendations for process enhancements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience working in healthcare, managed care, or health insurance
- 3+ years of experience with claims processing, regulatory affairs, compliance, or reimbursement
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to read and understand insurance laws and regulations and explain them to others
- Ability to navigate multiple deadlines in a production-type environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with laws and regulations related to healthcare
- Experience responding to inquiries from regulators and internal business partners
- Experience communicating complex information effectively via phone and email
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or eGRC/Archer
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
