Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
• A minimum of four (4) years of related experience is required.
• Previous experience with regulatory health care requirements is preferred.
• Compliance Certification Board (CCB) certification(s) is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive and moderately complex regulatory analyses and summarize compliance reports.
• Support privacy investigations to mitigate business risk with recommendations.
• Develop workflows to document department processes and improve reporting and processes.
• Define project scope and deliverables to support compliance initiatives.
• Partner with the business to drive compliance as a core competency and integrate into business plans.
• Promote compliance awareness by supporting training and departmental activities.
• Support and lead government audit requests and inquiries with collected materials.
• Provide analyses to management in compliance reporting.
