Title: Senior Analyst (Reliability/ Compliance)

Salary: $100,000-$120,000 + 30% Bonus

Location: Texas preferred but open to remote

A leading Storage IPP is looking to bring on a Senior Analyst to help lead their NERC compliance for their BESS portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support compliance with electricity regulations and operational standards.
• Develop and maintain procedures, internal controls, and documentation to meet regulatory obligations.
• Assist internal teams (O&M, Engineering, Asset Management, ROC, Market Ops) with compliance deliverables, training, and tools.
• Manage evidence for audits, filings, and regulatory requests.
• Support compliance readiness for new projects and perform industry research.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in the energy sector or related experience.
• Familiarity with NERC standards, ERCOT protocols, and wholesale electricity markets.
• MUST have experience working with Renewable Energy
• Understanding of electric power systems; energy storage experience a plus.
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.
