The Senior Compliance Analyst is part of the Audit and Corrections team and will be responsible for facilitating health plan and regulatory audits, as well as related corrective action plan (CAP) activities. This individual will report to the Compliance Director, Correction, and will drive best practices across the company to promote compliance. This role is part of the Avesis Compliance Department.

The Compliance Department ensures adherence to federal and state regulations and internal policies, preventing, detecting, and correcting compliance risks. It promotes a culture of ethics, transparency, and accountability, providing ongoing training and resources to staff.

The Senior Compliance Analyst will manage health plan and regulatory audit activities, including coordination of deliverables, on-site audits, mock audits, and managing CAPs. Collaboration with stakeholders at all levels is essential. This is a telecommuter role with minimal travel.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in compliance or regulatory affairs, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or Commercial benefits.
  • Knowledge of managed care and benefit plans.
Additional Information

FLSA Status: Salary/Exempt

Salary Range: $55,790 - $109,040

Bonus Eligible: Annual Incentive Plan (AIP)
