Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Our Kforce client, a globally known company with offices around the world, is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst in Chesterfield, MO. This position is scheduled as hybrid, 2 days in the office, 3 days remote. Duties: As the Senior Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance programs and processes with the organization. The role involves identifying, analyzing, and mitigating compliance risks, ensuring that all business operations comply with legal regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting Business Administration or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in financial service
• Experience with data analysis software, MS Excel, or other data analysis tools
• Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
• Proficient in compliance management systems and software tools
• Detail oriented with strong emphasis on accuracy
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and solve complex problems with accurate results
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
