Job summary

Qualifications

• J.D. or LL.M. with active US state bar is required.
• At least 5 years of experience as a lawyer in compliance/regulatory roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory guidance across global frameworks affecting a B2B SaaS company.
• Lead audits and readiness programs (e.g., SOC 2) and manage privacy/privacy-by-design initiatives.
• Draft and maintain DPAs, SCCs, and data governance documentation.
• Support AI governance and ensure compliant product deployment across jurisdictions.
