Allstate Canada seeks a Senior Complex Property Desk Adjuster/Examiner to lead investigation, evaluation, coverage analysis, negotiation, and resolution of complex property claims. Reporting to the Area Claims Manager, you will provide technical guidance and collaborate with legal, environmental experts, and restoration vendors while upholding company standards.

This role emphasizes handling large, environmental, and appraisal matters with exceptional customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of property claims adjusting experience.
• Experience handling complex property losses and litigated files.
• Strong knowledge of policy wording, coverage interpretation, and subrogation.

Aufgaben

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve complex property claims in accordance with policy coverage and guidelines.
• Conduct detailed coverage analysis and make sound liability and indemnity decisions on high-exposure claims.
• Manage litigated claims and collaborate with legal counsel, engineers, environmental experts, and vendors.
• Review estimates, scopes, and reports, including XactAnalysis, to ensure fair settlements.
• Handle environmental, mould/asbestos, condo, travel trailer, and appraisal matters.
• Identify subrogation opportunities and mentor colleagues on complex matters.
