Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an experienced Complex Project Delivery Lead to drive large-scale transformations (SAP, Oracle, Data) with a focus on delivering business value. You will lead executive engagement, governance, and multi-functional teams across global delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires deep experience in enterprise programs, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments. Travel is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years leading large-scale technology or business transformation programs.
• Minimum 5 years managing complex enterprise delivery engagements.
• Minimum 5 years supporting the Utilities industry & clients experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).
• Experience delivering SAP, Oracle, or Data & Analytics transformations.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Demonstrated executive stakeholder management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex enterprise transformations (SAP/Oracle/Data) across scope, schedule, budget, risk, and delivery quality.
• Serve as primary advisor to executive clients, facilitating steering committees and status reports.
• Establish delivery operating models, proactively manage dependencies, and handle escalations and scope changes.
• Own financial performance including budgeting, margin management, resource forecasting, and contract changes.
• Lead and mentor large, cross-functional, globally distributed delivery teams.
• Oversee full-lifecycle platform implementations and organizational change readiness.
