LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a highly respected law firm in Miami, FL, seeking a Senior Complex Commercial Litigation Paralegal to support a sophisticated nationwide litigation practice. The role involves heavy trial preparation, eDiscovery leadership, and collaboration with attorneys across state, federal, and appellate courts.

Hybrid work with 1 day in office; travel as needed; Big Law experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of complex litigation paralegal experience.
• Significant trial experience and ability to manage high-profile cases independently.
• Strong eDiscovery experience with large-scale document review and production.
• Experience in State, Federal, and Appellate courts.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Big Law experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal.
• Coordinate and oversee large-scale eDiscovery projects.
• Prepare trial exhibits, witness files, trial notebooks, and courtroom materials.
• Support attorneys through all phases of state, federal, and appellate litigation.
• Draft, organize, and maintain case filings and litigation documentation.
• Coordinate expert witnesses, depositions, hearings, and trial logistics.
• Analyze large volumes of records and litigation data using advanced Excel.
• Travel as needed to support trials nationwide.
