Senior Complex Litigation Attorney of Counsel ( Hybrid in Phoenix, AZ) ( Full-Time)

Must

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in Arizona
• 8+ years of defense litigation
• Experience with defending Personal Injury, General Liability, Catastrophic Injury, Transportation, and other civil litigation matters preferred.

My Client seeks a Senior Complex Litigation Attorney with experience in general liability, personal injury, transportation, and / or catastrophic injury.

This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with 8+ years of litigation experience to grow in their careers by exposure to various prominent national clients and taking on substantial litigation responsibilities.

Working directly with in-house counsel, the attorney in this role will have the exciting opportunity to interact directly with sophisticated clients that we represent and with teams of our talented, experienced professionals.

• Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
• Work closely and collaborate with other attorneys and partners
• Regular trial preparation, investigation, court appearances, mediations, and depositions
• Communicate with clients and provide reports
