Job summary

Candidates will handle motions, depositions, and pretrial work, and engage in direct client contact while taking responsibility for cases. JD and California Bar admission are required; clerkship is a plus.

Qualifications

• Over five years of complex commercial litigation and trade secret experience in a law firm setting.
• Proactive team player with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent academic credentials; judicial clerkship is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage key workstreams such as motion practice, written discovery, depositions, and pretrial preparation.
• Take and defend depositions and make court appearances.
• Engage in direct client contact and assume responsibility for cases.
