Qualifications

• 5th–7th year associate experience required.
• Experience in breach of contract disputes and regulatory investigations preferred.
• Exceptional analytical and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage business disputes in state and federal courts.
• Draft motions, briefs, and filings.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Prepare cases for trial and support courtroom proceedings.
