Ladders is seeking a Senior Compiler Engineer for Agentic Compiler Systems to advance intelligent compiler workflows on GPU-centric systems. This remote US-based role focuses on building robust low-level compiler capabilities, validation infrastructure, and optimization tooling in collaboration with software and hardware teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in compilers, AI, or numerical computing, with strong C/C++, Python skills (Rust a plus) and GPU experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent; MS or PhD preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in compilers, AI systems, numerical computing, or related areas.
• Hands-on experience in compiler implementation, program analysis, or performance engineering.
• Familiarity with coding agents, compiler automation, numerical analysis, or program verification.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python; experience with Rust is a plus.
• Experience with GPU programming and optimization using accelerated computing platforms or similar platforms.
• Ability to work effectively across software and hardware systems.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Compiler Engineer, Agentic Compiler Systems to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will focus on advancing intelligent compiler workflows that improve performance, correctness, and scalability across GPU-centric systems. You will work closely with teams across software and hardware to design low-level compiler capabilities, validation infrastructure, and optimization tooling. The position calls for strong technical depth in compiler implementation, program analysis, and numerical computing, with an emphasis on building robust systems that support modern AI-driven development.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $152,000 – $241,500 annually
