Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Compensation Processor- Senior to join our customer-facing financial services team. This full-time, non-exempt role requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of four in-office days weekly at one of our hubs in the U.S.

You will handle commission processing, deposits, and related reconciliations while supporting Financial Professionals across the network. Minimum high school diploma; strong Excel and Office skills, attention to detail, and customer focus are essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Quick learner with basic technical skills to navigate multiple systems.
• Strong customer focus orientation.

Responsibilities

• Process debit balance payments and prepare deposits; maintain check control files.
• Process and maintain commission batches; ensure correct coding for sponsor/representatives.
• Set up and maintain representative direct deposit information.
• Research and resolve commission payment and statement discrepancies with sponsors.
• Format and prepare Excel files for upload into commission processing systems.
• Process NSCC and PGS files; maintain commission data in legacy systems.
• Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy of batch processing and records.
• All other duties as assigned.
