Job summary

TricorBraun Holdings Inc. is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to drive equitable and competitive pay. You will lead merit cycles, develop job descriptions, and guide leaders on pay decisions across a global packaging distribution organization.

You will analyze market trends, administer compensation programs, and partner with HR to enhance processes and communications for managers. Strong Workday experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics.
  • Experience building foundational compensation frameworks and administering programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).
  • CCP, PHR, or SPHR certifications are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration of key compensation programs, including the annual merit increase cycle, analysis, and reporting.
  • Partner with HR to develop and update job descriptions to ensure alignment with company standards and compliant practices.
  • Provide compensation guidance and support for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Research, analyze, and evaluate market data and compensation trends through survey participation and benchmarking.
  • Support enhancements and improvements to compensation processes and technologies.
  • Partner with the Total Rewards leader and HR team to develop compensation communications and training materials for managers.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for compensation-related data and modules within Workday.
  • Conduct internal audits of job descriptions and team member data to ensure consistency and accuracy across business units.
