Key Processes & Activities

  • Work in partnership with the Business, Finance, TA, Talent Engagement, HRBPs, & HR – People Operations to meet the People Agenda goals and desired outcomes.
  • Owns the global compensation process: Manages and revises Menlo’s compensation philosophy, policies, practices and processes, including the promotion process, to ensure our compensation is competitive and attracts the best talent to help Menlo achieve our results.
  • Educates leaders and employees on Menlo’s approach to rewards
  • Responsible for ensuring the company rewards programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
  • Provides strategy, financial analysis and guidance on holistic benefit program decisions to attract and retain our best talent globally.
  • Designs creative solutions to specific rewards, compensation-related programs and incentive plans.
  • Develops techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting data with insights and recommendations to build Menlo’s employee value proposition.
  • Participates in salary surveys and monitors salary survey data to ensure compensation objectives are achieved.
  • Configures and manages the HR Tech stack in a way that maximizes cross-functional efficiency and ease of process.
    • Owns the organizational relationship structure to ensure Menlo is accurately creating and maintaining jobs, positions, and correct organizational structures
    • Creates and manages employee data administration to ensure data quality
    • Designs and ensures employee centric reward-related operational processes to create efficient and effective workflows
    • 5-10 years of experience in people operations and compensation management
    • Excellent communication and influencing skills
    • Exceptional analytics and data visualization skills
    • Able to plan and align multiple programs to achieve business goals.
    • Has 2-3 years of global or multinational experience
    • Proven ability to drive operational excellence within people operations and rewards programs and processes.
    • Proven ability to drive change in a positive and pragmatic way.
    • Develops strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results, with a wide variety of stakeholders and leaders at all levels, across different geographies and functions.
    • Able to drive results in alignment with Menlo’s values

    • Bachelor’s degree required; masters in Finance or MBA preferred
    • A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions

    Our Compensation And Benefits

    At Menlo Security, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $131,000 - $230,000.

    In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is Menlo Security’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become Menlo Security shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
