Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to design, implement, and analyze compensation programs to ensure competitive pay practices. Ideal candidates will have 5 years of experience in compensation, preferably with a Bachelor's degree and a CCP designation. Qualifications

Job description

Senior Compensation Consultant *Remote. Candidates residing in AK, WA, MT, OR, CA, TX or NM are encouraged to apply.

The Senior Compensation Consultant is instrumental in the development and ongoing administration, design, analysis and implementation of various Providence St. Joseph Health compensation programs, including pay for performance, salary structure design and modeling, complex costing scenarios and incentive plans. Performs research, analysis and evaluation of current and proposed compensation plans. Ensures pay structures are competitive, equitable and cost effective. Required qualifications:

  • 5 years of Compensation experience including data collection and analysis, working knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws and exempt classifications.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science or related field.
  • Upon hire: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
