Job summary

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the Advisor Recruiting organization in Minneapolis. You will deliver rigorous financial analyses, develop CBAs, and evaluate payout structures and deal economics to inform recruiting decisions.

You will collaborate with Recruiting, Field Leadership, and senior leaders to model growth opportunities, ramp analyses, and strategic initiatives, guiding leadership with clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a financial/analytical role.
• Strong command of financial modeling and analysis using spreadsheets and analytical tools.
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

This role helps drive advisor growth by delivering rigorous financial analysis, evaluating recruiting economics, decision support, and strategic recommendations that help evaluate recruiting opportunities. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location.
