The Senior Compensation Consultant reports to the Executive Director of Total Rewards and supports over 30,000 Care Team Members across South Carolina. The role executes key compensation priorities to attract, retain, and motivate staff across the health system. The consultant partners with Human Resources Business Partners and managers to provide feedback on compensation strategy, design, implementation, and administration in job analysis, job evaluation, base pay, variable pay, market pricing, and pay for performance, aligning to MUSC’s compensation philosophy. The position serves as a subject matter expert on compensation products and delivers innovative solutions that support customer and organizational needs.
