Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management or relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years’ experience with compensation programs and/or analysis work
• Knowledge of federal and state wage and salary laws and regulations
• Experience with databases for accessing compensation information and associated job descriptions
• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities to deadlines
• Strong Technical Skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint, and PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and present effectively to leadership, stakeholders and peers

Responsibilities

• Analyze and recommend job evaluations, salary administration and related compensation programs
• Conduct analytical studies on internal/external equity and market data
• Review and approve compensation actions such as promotions and off-cycle increases
• Collaborate on job descriptions, classifications, and salary bands
• Analyze compensation data to support managers’ needs
• Educate managers on market analysis for new/existing roles and MEPA compliance
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support offers and pay equity
• Generate compensation metrics from data reports
• Perform other duties as required
