Job summary

Jackson Health System in Miami is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to analyze internal and external data, model compensation programs, and support merit and base pay administration.

You will participate in salary surveys, evaluate market data, and help implement changes to compensation practices while partnering with Talent Acquisition to drive retention strategies.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years related experience in compensation, financial analysis, statistical analysis or other quantitative related experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• CCP strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design and implementation of total compensation programs, conduct data modeling and costing.
• Participate in annual salary surveys, analyzing trends and gathering current market data information.
• Evaluate market data to recommend modifications and/or changes to salary structure.
• Provide analytical support for compensation initiatives.
• Management of merit administration including the development of communications, database management, and data modeling.
• Provide project management support for compensation initiatives to include job evaluation and audits.
• Partner with talent acquisition department to develop retention and recruitment strategies that target high turnover jobs within the system.
• Work closely with the Director of Compensation to design, develop and implement changes to compensation practices.

Summary

The Senior Compensation Analyst performs various duties to help ensure current compensation practices are in line with the organizations compensation philosophy. Responsibilities include performing analysis of both internal and external data in order to analyze trends and market place information, managing/assisting with various compensation programs such as merit administration, bonus programs and base pay administration.

Responsibilities

Experience

• Three (3) years related experience in compensation, financial analysis, statistical analysis or other quantitative related experience required.
• Five years of related business analytics/data auditing experience is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field is required.

Credentials

CCP is strongly preferred.
