Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business, finance, economics, statistics or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in HR compensation or total rewards.
• Strong analytical, reporting and data modeling skills with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing, peer benchmarking, and salary studies using multiple data sources.
• Support annual merit, bonus, and off-cycle salary reviews with data prep and budgeting checks.
• Review pay actions for equity, guidelines, and range placement; ensure internal consistency.
