This position at Booking Holdings (BHI) will play a critical role in supporting the Compensation team in providing best-in-class compensation policies, processes, and support to Booking Holdings leadership and employees. The role is responsible for supporting assigned client groups with all compensation needs. The Senior Compensation Analyst will assist with the design and administration of compensation policies, contribute to the budget/forecast process in partnership with Finance, and evaluate and benchmark roles. This position plays a crucial role in identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring compensation policies align with business goals.

There are a variety of job related factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible to be considered for an annual bonus and equity grant.
The base salary range for Connecticut and the NYC-metro area is $109,800-$134,200.
