Job summary

Papa is seeking caring individuals to become Papa Pals, providing non-medical companionship and everyday support with flexible, part-time visits. You choose when to work and where to visit, making a meaningful difference in local seniors’ lives.

No professional caregiving experience is required; simply have a passion for helping others, be 21+, and have a valid U.S. driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle. Background checks are required for participation.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Background check must be completed.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Access to a reliable vehicle (model year 2009 or newer) with active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide rides to local destinations during visits.
• Offer non-medical companionship and engage in conversation or activities.
• Assist with light in-home tasks such as tidying, laundry, meal prep.
• Accompany individuals on errands and grocery trips.

Visits can include:

• Transportation: Provide rides to local destinations.

• In-Home Support: Offer light non-medical assistance with daily tasks such as, tidying up, laundry, meal prep, and other light tasks.
• Errands: Accompany individuals on grocery runs, store pick-ups, and similar outings.
