Onward Health is hiring compassionate Driver Companions to assist our riders in your community. We provide the world’s safest transportation to help older adults and those needing assistance, with a focus on fighting isolation and being a great companion.

This Independent Contractor position offers flexible part-time hours and the opportunity to earn $17–$23 per ride, with potential multiple rides per hour.

Qualifications

• Own a car 2017 or newer.
• Have a clean driving record and background.
• Must pass a Drug Screening and Livescan background check.
• Flexible availability during the week, 9-5.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and compassionate support to riders.
• Assist riders with getting in and out of the car and errands as needed.
• Safely transport older adults to scheduled rides.
• Maintain a courteous, safe, and reliable transportation experience.
