Job summary

Onward Health is hiring compassionate Driver Companions to assist our riders in your community. This Independent Contractor role focuses on providing scheduled transportation and companionship to seniors and those needing assistance.

Requirements include owning a 2017+ car, clean driving record, passing a Drug Screening and Livescan, and flexible availability 9–5. Pay ranges from $17 to $23 per ride with potential multiple rides per hour.

Onward is NOT an on-demand rideshare service.

How is this different than other rideshare services?

• Onward is different in two distinct ways. First, our rides are scheduled, and regardless of the length of the trip, you will get a base hourly rate for the trip. This allows you to plan around your schedule and drive when works best for you.
• Second, our passengers are seniors or those who need a little extra help. This may include things like getting in and out of the car, or waiting for them while they run an errand.
