Qualifications

• Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver’s license authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check and motor-vehicle report required.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance in your name.
• Access to a smartphone and a vehicle from the year VEHICLE_YEAR or newer.
• Kind-hearted, patient and caring personality.
• No prior caregiving experience required.
• Available to work 2+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Offer companionship to older adults and families.
• Assist around the house, including cleaning and meal preparation.
• Run errands and help with transportation.
• Use the mobile app to select hourly visit opportunities (typically 2–4 hours) and schedule your own shifts.
