Job summary

Papa, Inc. in Madison, WI is hiring part-time companion caregivers (Papa Pals) to provide companionship and light domestic help to older adults and families. Visits are 2–4 hours and scheduled around your life using our mobile app.

Earn up to $13.00 per hour, with mileage reimbursement for transportation visits (location-dependent). No prior caregiving experience required; must be 21+, have a valid driver license, and be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle [VEHICLE_YEAR] or newer.
• Kind-hearted, patient, and caring personality.
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.
• Available to work 2 or more hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide part-time companionship to older adults.
• Run errands and assist around the home.
• Offer transportation and accompany clients on appointments.
• Create and manage schedule via the mobile app.
