Qualifications

• Must be physically capable of light to moderate daily tasks and safe handling of seniors.
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent with scheduled visits.
• Valid US driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background check and personality evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, social engagement, and activity facilitation for seniors.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and basic home care tasks.
• Occasional transportation to appointments or errands as needed.
• Offer respite care and support for families navigating aging needs.
