Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, personalized care and companionship to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and light household chores

• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families, ensuring total peace of mind

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current on best practices in care and compassion

• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans and service delivery

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a senior care setting or equivalent experience in a related field

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
