You will engage clients in social activities, manage light housekeeping and meals, and coordinate with the care team to ensure seamless, compassionate support of families and caregivers in the Avondale area.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working with seniors or veterans in a caregiving capacity.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable).
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong rapport with clients and their families to ensure total peace of mind.
• Collaborate with our team of caregivers to ensure a seamless transition of care.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with the care coordination team.
