Job summary

Seniors Helping Seniors Lanier in Georgia is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors thrive at home. You’ll provide daily living support, companionship, and respect for aging gracefully in clients’ homes.

The role offers a flexible schedule, paid training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Biweekly pay and a $500 sign-on bonus are part of the package, with bonuses after 30 and 50 shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to treat clients with dignity, patience, and respect.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Must pass background, DMV, and drug screening.
• Must comply with Georgia regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living tasks and personal care.
• Provide companionship and build trusting relationships.
• Ensure client safety and report changes to supervisors.
• Maintain documentation of care activities as required.

Requirements

• Ability to treat clients with dignity, patience, and respect
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Must pass background check, DMV check, and drug screen
• Must comply with State of Georgia regulations

Caregiver Qualifications:

• High School graduate or equivalent
• At least one (1) year of working as a companion or life experience working.
• Current CPR Certification
• Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months
