Job summary

New Jersey Innovation Institute seeks a Program Facilitator to deliver community-based physical activity programming for adults 50+ across Cumberland County. You will lead group sessions, provide motivation, and reinforce healthy habits per program protocol.

Applicants are students in relevant degree programs and must travel between sites; the role is part-time, grant-funded with a defined end date, and onsite at multiple community locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Currently enrolled in associate or bachelor’s degree program in related field.
• Willingness to travel between community locations and complete training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate group activity sessions for adults 50+ per protocol.
• Prepare session materials and record attendance and encounters.
• Provide general physical activity education within training scope.
• Demonstrate exercises and encourage healthy activity habits.
• Document activities and maintain participant confidentiality.
