Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in relevant field and 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of training and experience with individuals with disabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
• Ability to arrange and conduct interviews online or in person in various settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and PDF formats to complete tracking forms.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and interview study participants and enter survey responses into an online data repository per project protocols.
• Collaborate with the project manager on data management and provide feedback on assigned projects.
• Maintain organized records of interviews, schedules, and activities for weekly reports.
• Assist with quality assurance and data entry related to subcontracted projects.
• Support remote and hybrid interview settings, including evenings or weekends as needed.
