Job summary

Lovable is seeking a Senior Community Manager to own the company’s virtual community surface. You’ll manage day-to-day operations of our Discord, Reddit, and Facebook groups, ensuring safety, culture, and platform-specific nuances. This is an on-site role with regular travel.

You will run a live virtual program engine, booking hosts, coordinating assets, and publishing replays to the Community Hub while growing and sustaining thriving communities globally.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in community management, events, virtual programs, or developer relations
• Built and ran recurring virtual programs end-to-end in a tech company
• Deep platform fluency: Discord mechanics and Reddit dynamics
• Confident live host and facilitator with on-camera experience
• Experience recruiting and supporting volunteer leaders (moders & champions)
• Strong moderation judgment: when to act vs. escalate, escalation handling
• Excellent operational production rigor: hosts booked, assets shipped, calendars accurate

Responsibilities

• Own the always-on spaces: Discord, Reddit, and Facebook groups, with programming, safety, and culture
• Run the virtual program engine: live sessions 2–3 per week, book hosts, manage assets and calendar
• Champion the Champions: recruit, onboard, and support volunteer leaders to energize the community
• Close the loop: surface feedback to product/marketing and maintain CRM data quality
