Job summary

Stream Data Centers is seeking a Community Engagement Lead to support growth and responsible development across markets. The role owns local stakeholder strategy, site engagement planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Development, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and external partners.

The ideal candidate brings a proven ability to build trust with officials and residents, manage multiple sites, and drive engagement initiatives in a hybrid, travel-friendly schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years in community engagement, public affairs, government relations, or related area.
• Experience supporting infrastructure, energy, or large-scale real estate development is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within assigned markets and occasional evenings/weekends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with public meeting facilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with priority civic and community stakeholders.
• Develop site-specific stakeholder maps with priority ranking and sentiment baselines.
• Plan, coordinate and document community meetings and public events.
• Track and report community sentiment and engagement outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to align engagement with development and operations.
