• Four years of full-time professional experience in at least one listed area.
• Bachelor's Degree or 120 sem/180 qtr units minimum.
• One year of full-time experience may substitute for 30 sem/45 quarter units.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex programs and supervise staff.
• Negotiate, implement, manage, and monitor budgets, policies, grants, contracts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and present findings to leaders.
• Develop plans, reports, and metrics for HUD programs, climate action, and economic development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
