Vivmark Residential seeks a dedicated and highly organized Senior Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations at one of our apartment communities in Redmond. You will guide prospective residents through tours, tailor recommendations, and convert leads into leases with exceptional service.

The role emphasizes strong customer focus, community-building, and creative outreach leveraging campaigns and social media.

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1+ year experience in a leasing or customer service role in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.

Base Pay Range: $45,500.00 - $66,000.00

As a Senior Leasing Consultant you will be the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home. Your creative and thoughtful tours will be customized to individual tastes, from recommending the perfect floorplan to outlining the best new neighborhood restaurants. You know what makes people tick, and follow through on every lead to ensure that our prospective residents know you care. With weekends being the most high-traffic time for future residents to explore their home options, Saturday availability is required.

Your success and purpose are driven by the relationships that you build. Sales and marketing chops. Your personalized connections and recommendations drive our leasing performance, and your ability to create excitement through creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media fuel community enthusiasm for Vivmark. By understanding what is important to our prospective residents, you continuously reach out with tailored updates - from the ideal floorplan they have been eyeing, to the newest hot-spot openings, to the best food truck in the neighborhood you help to paint a picture of what it is like to call your community home. You Have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• 1+ year experience in a leasing or customer service role in the real estate or property management industry required
