Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred.
• Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, senior communities, CNA/HHA, DSP, or similar settings.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to safely assist clients with personal care and mobility needs.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and dependable care to senior clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and safe positioning as needed.
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping related to client care.
• Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan.
• Follow each client's individualized care plan and company policies.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the appropriate care team.
• Maintain clear and timely communication regarding client care.
• Move between client assignments within the senior community as scheduled
