Job summary

CarGurus is seeking a Senior Community Specialist to join our People & Talent team in a highly visible role. You will drive our culture of inclusion, support ERGs, and partner with leaders across the organization to foster belonging and engagement.

You will manage cross-functional programs, coach leaders, and help shape our talent strategy while delivering measurable outcomes and ensuring a welcoming environment for all Gurus in a dynamic, hybrid Boston-area setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in community, HR, or DEIB.
• Strong presentation, problem solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Proven ability to build trust and manage stakeholder relationships across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of the Community function strategy.
• Coach and partner with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and escalate themes to senior management.
• Lead cross-functional projects across People & Talent to drive inclusion initiatives.
• Assist with corporate giving programs and event support.
• Help create sustainable processes to maximize impact of contributions.
• Collaborate on and lead projects spanning the team’s scope.
