• Experience developing engagement plans with little or no supervision, and handling escalation of issues.
• Intermediate skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for standard business documents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, improve and manage internal and external communications for Retail and customer experiences.
• Enhance external and internal communications strategy and plans for assigned divisions.
• Complete assignments against the communications plan and update as needed.
• Research current communications trends and apply insights to Walgreens initiatives.
• Write and edit communications materials including press releases, media pitches, speaking points, and memos.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional groups and manufacturing as needed.
