What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze, develop, and execute written and visual communication content related to suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 10+ years of total work experience
• 7+ years of experience in strategic communications, public affairs, or marketing
• Proficiency in graphic design and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Ability to obtain a security clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in website redesign
• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign or Illustrator
• Background in a military environment or with military personnel
• Experience in a DoD or government public affairs shop creating communication materials for military audiences
• Skills in social media planning, event coordination, and stakeholder outreach communications
