Onward Search is seeking a Communication Specialist III for a leading financial ratings organization in New York. This 12-month contract role supports global communications, including media relations and executive communications, with potential for extension or full-time conversion.

The position focuses on elevating the organization’s visibility across the Americas and Europe, managing media inquiries, and assisting senior leaders with speeches and briefing materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations.
• Demonstrated experience working with complex, regulated organizations.
• Established relationships with media in business, financial, and trade sectors.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
