Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 7+ years of experience in communications.
• Proven ability to think big and deliver results.
• Experience developing integrated communications plans.
• Experience working with press across national, broadcast, and/or trade.
• Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications plans for the Nature Portfolio, identifying milestones and storytelling opportunities around major convenings.
• Land interviews with media, develop stories, and drive positive press.
• Translate complex scientific and programmatic work into Bezos Earth Fund messaging.
• Draft and edit briefing documents, talking points, and web/social copy.
• Create briefs and collaborate with agencies for videos/assets for social and other channels.
