Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field with 10 years corporate communications or agency experience.
• In lieu of degree, 14 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develops communications strategy and leads programs in alignment with HNTB’s business goals, including industry engagement, awards, publications, advertising, presentations, collateral, thought leadership articles, social, web and internal content and videos.
• Content Creation: Develops engaging and informative content that is consistent with brand messaging for a variety of communications channels including internal, social and web platforms.
• Collaboration: Collaborates with team members to develop and implement programs that carry out HNTB’s brand messages.
• Event Management: Supports the development and logistics of various events, such as conferences, meetings, open houses, forums and other events.
• Analytics: Tracks communication programs effectiveness and proactively suggest improvements as needed.
• List Management: Updates and maintains internal and external contact lists.
• Relationship Management: Maintains strategic national and local partnerships with key organizations.
• Budget Management: Manages communications budget for specific programs.
• Market Research: Researches and implements current industry trends on communication approaches.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
